Work Experience
1. The program consists of three courses - Work Experience 15, 25 and 35. Students may obtain between 3 to 10 high school credits in each of these courses. (25 hours of Work Experience equals one credit). A student can potentially gain 30 credits if they receive 10 credits in each of the three courses. Alberta Ed will recognize up to 15 credits towards a high school diploma.
2. Workplace Safety Systems (HCS3000) is a prerequisite module for Work Experience. Career Transitions (CTR1010) will still be accepted as a prerequisite module for students who have already completed the course.
